It is in the quiet part of the hotel zone, about 20 meters from the door of the place a truck passes by for 24 hours, approximately every 10 or 15 minutes, widely used by tourists, CANCUN has only one street.

Cleaning:

Cleaning is charged per departure
If you want daily cleaning, please agree with the House Keeper who charges 200 pesos per day and 350 with a change of linen. Pool towels have an extra individual cost for cleaning. 2 USD

Ownership and Cancellation Policies:

In case you cancel 7 days in advance, 100% of the total reservation will be refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost of your stay.
